The purchase of a property abroad is an important decision, which is why we pay a lot of attention to clear and direct communication. This goes for the preliminary searching stage and your viewings on site, the subsequent purchase process and continues after you have completed the purchase. Our multilingual team is at your service in your own language and takes care of email correspondence, telephone calls and viewings in English. Our contracts come with an English translation, so there is never any doubt whether you may have misunderstood something. Upon signing the notarial deed, we organize a sworn legal translation so that you know exactly what you sign.

Follow-up of your file. There is a lot to take into consideration before we can actually sign the purchase deed at the Spanish notary. For new built properties, we follow-up on the building works for you, while keeping closely in touch with all parties involved. Through photo updates, our customers are constantly up to speed with the progress of their project, and when necessary, quick adjustments can be made. For resales, there is often an agreement to take over the furniture, so we will check whether the agreed inventory still remains in the property. Our actual presence on site, allows us to keep a finger on the pulse, act quickly and resolve any matters at hand.
